Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply when you visit V2Ray Center, read its technical materials, or use its download links. Please review them before use. If you do not agree, stop using the relevant services. Nothing in these terms improperly limits rights you have under applicable law.
Purpose and Scope of the Materials
V2Ray Center provides client overviews, download instructions, setup guides, and protocol information for v2rayN, v2rayNG, and v2flyNG. This content is for educational and technical reference only; it is not legal advice, a promise of network service, or a guarantee of suitability for any particular purpose.
Clients such as v2rayN are developed and maintained by their respective open-source projects. V2Ray Center is an information and user-guide site, not the developer of these projects. Use of product names does not imply authorization from, representation of, or a business relationship with any project.
Guides are written for specific software interfaces and features. Steps may differ across versions, devices, and system environments. Follow the current client documentation and project release information when carrying out any procedure.
Lawful Use and User Responsibility
You must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and in any jurisdiction affected by your activities, as well as the rules of your organization, network administrator, and relevant service providers. Do not use this site's materials or the software it describes for illegal activity, to infringe others' rights, or to disrupt normal network operations.
You are responsible for ensuring you are legally authorized to use any servers, accounts, subscriptions, and network resources you connect to. Do not access systems, obtain data, relay malicious traffic, or engage in other disruptive activity without authorization. The technical information on this site does not grant permission for any specific use.
Before changing system proxy, DNS, routing, or virtual network settings, understand the effects and keep a way to restore the original settings. Subscription links, access credentials, and configuration files may contain sensitive information; protect them and do not disclose them in public feedback.
Software and Service Liability
The functionality, licensing, and liability limitations of open-source software are governed by the relevant project's license and documentation. V2Ray Center does not control client development, server operations, or third-party resources, and does not guarantee that software will remain available, work with a particular device, or meet specific business needs.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, V2Ray Center is not liable for connection interruptions, configuration errors, data loss, or other losses resulting from the use or inability to use the software, guides, or download links. Back up important data before making changes, and avoid using unverified configurations in critical production environments.
Downloads may change due to maintenance, version updates, or network conditions. The availability of a link does not constitute a guarantee of third-party content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Intellectual Property and Open-Source Licenses
The names, marks, source code, and other work associated with projects such as v2rayN, v2rayNG, v2flyNG, V2Fly, and Xray belong to their respective rights holders. Open-source licensing does not waive those rights. When copying, modifying, or redistributing software, comply with the applicable license, including attribution, notice-retention, and other requirements.
V2Ray Center's original text and editorial arrangement are protected by law. Credit the source when quoting, do not distort the original meaning or publish content under the site's name without authorization. Reproduction, adaptation, or other use beyond what applicable law permits requires appropriate permission. Third-party materials remain subject to their rights holders' license terms.
Changes to These Terms and Feedback
V2Ray Center may revise these terms to reflect content or service changes or legal requirements. Revisions will be posted on this page, and the date at the top will be updated. Where changes materially affect users' rights, any notice required by applicable law will be provided. The applicability and effective date of revised terms are subject to applicable law and the notices published at the time.
If you run into configuration issues, check the Help Center or Getting Started first. To report incorrect information or an intellectual property concern, use the feedback channel actually provided on this site and identify the relevant page and facts. Do not submit passwords, subscription credentials, or other sensitive information.
